Founded in 2013 with a head office in Cyprus, ELAAF DYNAMICS has a regional headquarter in Dubai. The company has a clear objective to become a world-class oilfield services company serving the entire Middle East & North Africa region. 

ELAAF DYNAMICS is planning to establish branches in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar in addition to several other countries in the Middle East and North Africa region in the near future. ELAAF DYNAMICS will have a reasonable size privately owned fleets of brand-new oilfield equipment in the MENA region to provide services including but not limited to Coiled Tubing Services, Surface Well Testing, Down-Hole Testing, Multiphase Testing Services and Slickline Services.
